Firstly, if your wondering about the title, its because I drew it listening mostly to the song Before the Dawn by Evanescence ^^ It was also the inspiration for the background... which might be a little confusing =P Oh well, I'll let you give it meaning yourself ^^

So, This is my favourite mare of all time, Falmarin snuggling up to her love, Kishou =3 The wings behind Fall are due to her necklace which is where she gets her power. Their significance is that she first discovered she could create them, and so far has only really summoned them when shes been with Kishou. The picture which will be on her page will be without wings so theres more space for the text box :nod:

I've had it drawn for such a long time, but it's still one of my fav pics I've drawn of Kishou and Fall together. Overall I think I must have used over 130 layers on it oO sorry if it's big but I wanted to show some of the details on it. I also decided against doing overly detailed shading because I didn't think it would suit the style in which it was drawn. Also, Mini, Dunno if it's even noticable but I tried and failed miserably at doing your awesome technique of water pattern highlighting :( I just couldn't get it right! :cries: lol
